After confirmation:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled
  • Orders cannot be modified

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

AimFit does not provide refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.

4. Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are required to record a full unboxing video when opening their package.

The video must clearly show:

  • The unopened parcel
  • The parcel being opened
  • The contents inside the parcel

This video serves as proof in the event of any shipping issues.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and provide:

  • Order details
  • Clear photos
  • Full unboxing video

Our team will review the case and provide assistance where applicable.
